Every Square Feathers product is handmade in our Austin, Texas workshop, rigorously quality-checked, and shipped directly to you. We do not use third-party vendors; it’s our responsibility to ensure our customers get exactly what they want every time.

PAYMENT, PROCESSING, AND DELIVERY
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon receipt of your order.

Unless otherwise selected, our standard delivery method for most smaller items is UPS Ground. For larger furniture items, Square Feathers will use one of several preferred carriers.

Please note that items ordered at the same time may not arrive together. We try to ship products to you as soon as they are manufactured, even if part of your order is delayed.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING TIMES
Due to the social distancing measures we have had to implement, our production times have extended. If you have a deadline you are working with, please contact us so that we can try to work with you. We will make every effort to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited delivery may be available for certain products for an additional fee plus expedited shipping costs. Please contact us directly at info@squarefeathers.com or 512-301-2939 to inquire about expedited delivery services.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

PO BOXES AND APO BOXES
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and APO boxes. All shipments are required to have a physical address.

LARGE FURNITURE DELIVERY
Square Feathers offers White Glove delivery service for furniture items. All furniture purchases are subject to applicable shipping & handling fees.

White Glove Delivery service will carefully unpack and inspect each item and then place it in your room of choice. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed. White Glove Delivery does not include assembly.

White Glove service includes a call from the delivery carrier to schedule a delivery time. If you have any questions about how your furniture item will be shipped and delivered, please contact us directly at info@squarefeathers.com or 512-301-2939.

Please note:
1. We ask that you inspect your delivery upon its arrival and provide a signature upon receipt.
2. You must be home to receive White Glove delivery. You will be contacted by the delivery carrier to schedule a delivery time.
3. Please contact us directly at info@squarefeathers.com or 512-301-2939 if you believe the delivery carrier may have trouble delivering to your home due to a narrow road or driveway, multiple flights of stairs, or other obstacles. Additional charges may apply.
4. Please measure your space prior to delivery to ensure that your shipment will fit in your home. Additional charges may apply if the items do not fit and the delivery carrier is unable to complete the delivery.

FURNITURE DAMAGES & RETURNS
Upon receipt of your furniture order we ask that you inspect it carefully for any damages resulting from shipment. Please thoroughly document all damages with photographs and contact us immediately at info@squarefeathers.com or call us directly at 512-301-2939. Square Feathers will work with directly with the freight carrier to resolve the issue and provide a refund or replacement item.
